Goals to reach optimal wellness

I would rate my physical being as an 8, my spiritual well-being as a 7, and my psychological well-being as 9.  My rating of myself in these areas because I have much improvement to make through out my life to reach optimal wellness in all areas.  I work out and eat healthy almost daily but I need to make myself eat healthy and exercise daily.  I do drink and working on cutting it down less every month.  I do not smoke either.  I need to re-connect with my Lord and Savior and forgive him of my sins and start going to church again.  I am working on having more loving-kindness toward others and trusting more people to show that their good people too.  I always treat everyone I meet with respect and how I would like to be treated and I do not judge them at all.  I trust them until they do something to me to lose my trust.  I am able to forgive people and give them second chances because I know God has always forgave me of my sins.  I need to take more time for silence and solitude to pray and reflect on my past life experiences and see how I can change my plan to help reach my goal of optimal wellness and live my life how God wants me to live it.  I also have more to improve in my psychological well-being.  I love learning new knowledge to help me reach optimal psychological wellness.  I plan on to keep learning new things throughout my life and always keep calm and make rationale decisions on future life adversities and reflect on past life experiences and knowledge I learned to get through these adversities without losing ground on my life goals.  My goal is simply stated as to be the best person I can be physically, mentally, and spiritually to reach optimal wellness.  I can reach my goal physically by performing anaerobic and aerobic exercises daily and continue to eat healthy to have a low percent body fat and a lower risk to get heart disease and other diseases.  I plan on going to church more and take more time to pray and reflect over my past experiences to help to find out what my God has planned for my life.  I will work on learning new things and be more aware of different life adversities and make better decisions to overcome these adversities and stay on the path for optimal wellness.  I could not complete the relaxation exercise yet because I can not get it to open up on my computer.
