Exercising improves pyschospiritual and spiritual wellness

Exercising helps relieve stress from everyday life and helps clear my mind to think about my goals in life and how to be better person in God's eyes.  I heard yoga is a great exercise to improve psychospiritual wellness but I also think that if your doing something that you love doing that is positive on your overal health and wellness then you should perform those activities.  I love exercising and sports and I believe they make my life healthier and happier.

  1. I agree with you that exercising is a great way to clear our minds. So many people try to find the most expensive and supposedly best ways to relieve stress but in all honesty, I think going for a run, jog or even just a walk is a great way to relieve a lot of it. People are too busy to stop and take a breather but it sure helps when they do. I think our bodies are God's temples and we should treat them as such! Thank you for sharing!
