Exercising helps relieve stress from everyday life and helps clear my mind to think about my goals in life and how to be better person in God's eyes. I heard yoga is a great exercise to improve psychospiritual wellness but I also think that if your doing something that you love doing that is positive on your overal health and wellness then you should perform those activities. I love exercising and sports and I believe they make my life healthier and happier.
I agree with you that exercising is a great way to clear our minds. So many people try to find the most expensive and supposedly best ways to relieve stress but in all honesty, I think going for a run, jog or even just a walk is a great way to relieve a lot of it. People are too busy to stop and take a breather but it sure helps when they do. I think our bodies are God's temples and we should treat them as such! Thank you for sharing!
